Mayor Debbie Fiebelkorn, Selkirk Rotary Club members, Councilor Gerry Drobot and RM staff were on hand while the Rotary Peace Day flag was raised today as part of the ninth Annual Festival of Peace and Compassion in Winnipeg and area from September 11-21. The flag will fly at the RM office for three days.
