TAKE NOTICE that on June 12, 2018, the council of the Rural Municipality of St. Clements gave first reading to bylaw 13-2018 to designate as a municipal heritage site under The Heritage Resources Act, the lands and premises commonly known as St. Judes’s Church, 14 Grey Avenue in Grand Marais.
The land is described in Certificate of Title No. 2835385/1 as follows:

In frac NW ¼ 18-18-7 EPM
A copy of the proposed bylaw can be inspected at the St. Clements Municipal Office in East Selkirk, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A public hearing will be held at the St. Clements Municipal Office 3:00 p.m., July 24, 2018.
At that time, any person may submit an objection or other representation on the proposal. If there is no objection, council may resolve to adopt the proposed bylaw, or not to proceed with it.
