The RM of St. Clements is looking for citizen representation on the Board of Revision.
The Board of Revision is an appeal body whose job is to set assessments when requested by property owners or the assessor.
The board is an impartial, quasi-judicial body that has the responsibility to hear assessment appeals regarding assessed value, classification, liability or the refusal of the assessor to amend the assessment roll.
Board members will attend the Municipal Council Chamber on November 16th, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. until adjourned.
There is a possibility that the board will recess to a future date if time does not permit the Board to hear all scheduled assessment appeals.
Citizen reps will receive an honorarium of $150.00 for participating on the board.
