Sewage system now activated
We are pleased to inform you that the low pressure sewage system is now activated. Old River Road residents can activate their connection to the system.

Forms are available from Debbie Roy at our Public Works Department at 204-482-3300 or by email at pwadmin@rmofstclements.com.
This form requires base information such as a sketch of your sewer service location, which will be completed by the inspector during your final inspection.
Please note: Those choosing to not follow the RM specifications will be asked to sign a waiver at this time. - Schedule a site inspection appointment with Debbie Roy
Please note: An inspection is required before your contractor buries the sewer service pipes and ideally before your contractor backfills the trench of the access hole.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for us to arrange an inspection.
Appointments are available between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
For those choosing not to hook up at this time, please note that provincial regulation require that you connect into the Municipal system by March 1, 2021.
