What is a Development Plan?
The Development Plan is the Planning District’s primary land use policy document. It outlines how the Planning district will develop into the future.
Where does the Development Plan apply?
The Development Plan applies to all lands within the Planning district’s six municipalities: City of Selkirk, Village of Dunnottar, and the Rural Municipalities of St. Andrews, St. Clements, East St Paul and West St. Paul.
