As part of the provincial Dutch Elm Disease management strategy, the RM of St. Clements has contracted Green Drop Tree Care to basal spray targeted American Elm trees in a specific target area designated by the province.
Tree health care technicians may require access to some properties to basal spray any American elm trees. Basal spraying operations will be done between August and September 2017.
All tree health care technicians will be driving vehicles with Green Drop company logos and wearing high visibility safety vests with photo ID.
